USE OF DATA
Information provided pursuant to art. 10 of L. no. 675 of 31/12/96 concerning the "Protection of people and other subjects with respect to the treatment of personal data" a) In relation to the application that you have submitted, we inform you that your personal data shall be processed by our company as follows: b) The data shall be processed solely in order to determine whether an applicant qualifies for the screening process. The data shall be processed and stored with instruments, including electronic ones, suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data. c) The disclosure of the data you are asked to submit for the purposes mentioned above is optional and not compulsory. d) Your refusal to communicate your personal data shall result in your being excluded from the screening process. e) The use and disclosure of the data shall be limited to our company and other Stola S.p.a. member companies. We also wish to inform you that any personal data you supply in connection with your application might also be communicated to outside organiions solely for the preparation of the technical supports needed for the subsequent electronic data processing of the data. f) You are the owner of the rights set forth in art. 13 of said law no. 675 of 31.12.1996, whose text is given at the foot this statement; g) The owner of the data treatment is Stola S.p.A., with registered office in Rivoli Cascine Vica (TO), Via Ferrero 9; the person responsible for the treatment of the data is the pro tempore Head Human Resources. Art. 13 of law no. 675 of 31/12/1996 (Rights of the person concerned) 1. In relation to the treatment of personal data, the person concerned has the following rights: a) have free access to the relevant data registers, as per art. 31, comma 1, letter a), to ascertain the existence of data concerning him/her; b) be informed as per art. 7, comma 4, letters a), b) e h); c) obtain promptly, from the owner or the person in charge: 1) confirmation as to the existence of personal data concerning him/her, whether already recorded or not, and information regarding the data and their origin, the logic and purposes of the treatment; save for justified reasons, this request can be submitted only at ninety day intervals; 2) the deletion, conversion to anonymous form, or the block of the data treated in violation of the applicable law provisions, including data that need not be kept on file for the purposes for which the data have been collected or treated; 3) the updating or correction of the data, or, if desired, the addition of supplementary data; 4) a statement attesting that the operations as per steps 2) and 3) and the contents thereof have been notified to the people/entities to whom the data have been communicated, other than when this obligation proves impossible to fulfil or requires an effort out of all proportion with respect to the right safeguarded; d) refuse, fully or partly, on legitimate grounds, the treatment of his/her personal data, even for the purposes for which such data have been collected; e) refuse, fully or partly, on legitimate grounds, the treatment of his/her personal data, for purposes of commercial information or the transmission of advertising or direct sale materials, or the execution of market surveys and interactive commercial communications, and, at the time the data are communicated or disclosed, be informed by the owner of his/her right to exercise said right free of charge. 2. If the existence of data concerning him/her is not confirmed, for each request as per comma 1, letter c), number 1), the person concerned can be asked to pay a contribution, not to exceed the costs actually incurred, according to the modalities and within the limits established in the regulations as per art. 33, comma 3. 3. The rights concerning the personal data of the deceased, as per comma 1, can be exercised by anybody interested in doing so. 4. The exercise of the rights as per comma 1, can be delegated by the person concerned to individuals or associations through a written proxy. 5. The provisions concerning professional secrecy obligations of journalists apply limited to the sources of information.
Under his/her responsibility, the undersigned declares that he/she is aware of the rights recognised by art. 13 of law 675/96, and pursuant to said law acknowledges that the personal data communicated to Stola S.p.A., and any additional data gathered for the same purposes, shall be processed (in compliance with law 675/96) in order meet the requirements of Personnel recruiting screening procedures. Furthermore, he/she acknowledges that the data may also be handled, in the manner described above, whether fully or partly, by companies, bodies or consortia that supply processing services to Stola S.p.A. and to whom such personal data can be disclosed solely for the purposes described above
Accordingly authorises Stola S.p.A., with registered office in Cascine Vica - Rivoli (TO) - Via Ferrero 9 (owner of the treatment), to initiate data processing and communication activities.
